He suggests that all the CEOs must take part in long seminars which would improve communication and which would help them in dealing with the obligations and corporate responsibilities.

He also stressed on in maintaining good relations with the employee, because when workers have low morale it will negatively affect your business. Mr. Carey also suggests old CEOs to share their thoughts and experience which will help new CEOs in performing their job in most efficient manner. According to him the old, experienced and retired CEOs will be the best executive education for future and current CEOs.
