Coping Strategies Stress Management

what causes you stress?

Hi everybody,
I was given an assignment to do for psychology – stress management.
I wont bore you with the details but I would appreciate if you would take the time to tell me what you feel causes the most stress in your life and the strategies you have adopted to cope With Stress.
All feedback is welcomed.

* Nightmares – Deep breaths and writing
* Huge mood swings – Listening to really loud music, writing & going for a walk
* Flashbacks – walking & writing
* Feeling fat (Still working on dealing with this)
* Feeling irritated – meditation, walking and writing

Work also helps me deal with stress and I am trying to use DBT to help me to change my destructive coping strategies.
