Anxiety Relaxation Techniques

In modern society worries and anxiety are part of the life. But we are human being. We know the art and science to overcome problems. If we are slightly alert we acn easily overcome anxity and enjoy our life in full. There are numerous ways to conquer anxiety. The most natural and easy techniques to overcom anxiety and achieve relaxation are discussed here.

According to great spiritual master Sri Amit Ray of Uttarkashi, “the main reason for all anxiety and worry is too much expectation. The cure for that is the ability to stay in the present moment. It may be gardening, painting, swimming or sensation watching”. We all are independent. Our requirements are different. Our expectations, hopes and dreams are different. There are many types of anxiety, but the most common anxiety is the anxiety to fulfil the expectations. If you are a student, your expectations are different from the person who is doing forex trading. So the reduce or to eliminate anxiety, we need to plan for that. You have to plan your expectations. We can relax, when our expectations are under control.

We all like dreaming. But dreaming alone is not sufficient to reach the goal. We have to allocate resources at proper time and in proper manner to fulfil the goal. The best resource is of course your attention. Sri Amit Ray in the book “Yoga and Vipassana: An Integrated Life Style”, explained the ways and means to overcome anxiety. He also explained a great amount about expectation planning. For centuries meditations, yoga are considered as the best way to overcome worries and anxieties. In a recent study published in the American Journal of Hypertension, discussed about the role of Transcendental Meditation (TM) for the reduction of anxiety, conclude “the TM program, decreased BP in association with decreased psychological distress, and increased coping in young adults at risk for hypertension. This mind-body program may reduce the risk for future development of hypertension in young adults.”

There are hundreds of techniques for anxiety relaxations. The most important is staying in the present moment and enjoying the trivial things that you are doing. Some of the commonanxiety relaxation techniques to release tensions are listed below:.

Out of which I feel, moving twenty one step back word is very easy and effective. It works for me. When I am not in my centre, I walk backward for twenty one step. This twenty one is very important. You should walk back exactly twent one step. Nither more nor less. Hope this will work for you.
